Personal information will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

Alexss Consulting will keep personal information as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as necessary for its purposes. Alexss Consulting will minimize the possibility of inappropriate information being considered in its decision making process.

Alexss Consulting will ensure that individuals are reasonably able to acquire information about Alexss Consulting's policies and procedures and will make this information available in a form that is generally understandable.

Answering your questions about privacy

What personal information do you need?

We need information so we can establish a relationship with you and provide you with ongoing service. For example, when you obtain a product or service from us, we need basic information about you such as your name, address and signature which allow us to confirm your identity. For more complex products or services, we may require more detailed personal information.

Another exception is when Alexss Consulting requires subpoenas, search warrants, court or government orders. In such cases, Alexss Consulting only releases the information to the extent it is legally required. In addition, the law permits us to disclose personal information to the authorities without an individual's consent to protect the public interest (e.g. to combat fraud or money laundering) and to the courts to protect our business interests.
