1. Please advise if this program is multi-user? How many users?

YES, it's designed as a file server approach (i.e. database and software running on the same box) As for users... on a NT 4.0 Server with Win9x Workstations configuration it has been in production on one site that employs 50 concurrent connections and the performance didn't degrade. On WIN2K Server it has been tested with 25 concurrent connections.

2. What language is the program written?

It is written based on Visual Studio 6.0 (more specific the core is Visual FoxPro 6.0/ The database is Fox compliant and there are several C++ modules) 

3. Is it Modifiable? Do you provide the code?

One of the most important features of this system is that it can be easily reconfigured... if it doesn't fit your needs. With respect to the code... NO the code is not to be modified by the clients.

4. What is the Cost? Do we have to buy all modules?

With respect to Cost... We prefer to have that discussion after you have given it a try. Modules... It's designed to be modular.

5. Is it Windows or DOS? What is the Operating System?

As I mentioned before is a Windows (9x... and above) type software.

8. Technical Support? Do you have a fee for this? Plan?

We provide technical support on an 8h/day basis (8:00 - 16:00 MST normal working days and YES... there is a fee for it.

9. How often do you provide Upgrades? Free? Charge?

Right now we are running a special that allows any new customers... a one year time FREE upgrade plan/policy...

10. Program is to be used in our office in Europe, is that a problem?

Why would it be? Actually most of our HongKong clients have dealings with Europe... and as a plus... B.I.S. is fully supporting EURO...

11. Any Documentation? Any training? Costs involved?

There is an extensive online HELP... (context sensitive - use F1) as for training... out of our prior experiences... the initial setup of business rules...(various point of sales etc) covers most of the training for the first line operators and supervisors... Usually we have used a concept..."train the trainers" and that worked very well... 

Yes there are setup/training fees and they are usually to cover transportation/cost of living plus a decent fee for that period... and it's negotiable.
