| This section will help you set the parameters for all reporting functions embedded in B.I.S. The reporting engine contains 3 major types of reports:
For document specific reports see the framework part of this help. The control features reports are designed to print all the control items of a specific section and will allow certain selection criteria's. Please follow the Management reporting engine explanations below to find out how to use these criteria's.

By interactively using these features the user can design a better selection for each report.
The ordering of the report is controlled from the "print order" drop-down box.
If multiple ordering features are available by clicking the drop-down box the label at right (i.e. Month) will change to the desired order. System administrators can add/delete print order fields from the reporting data dictionary within the database manager. The use of conditions is governed by the box on
the right hand side of the screen. If a condition is desired it has to be
entered in the conditions line TIP: To select a specific month you could enter two conditions for the date
If multiple conditions are employed the logical operator used will be "AND". For any other customizations please contact our support line. If the screen is the desired print option a preview form will appear allowing the user certain operations: From the preview you can navigate multiple pages, redirect to printer, zoom and cancel printing.
Printing will be executed on the Windows default printer unless the printer for the specific session has been changed from within Control/Printer Setup.
TIP: To FAX a document change the default printer to your Fax driver and follow the wizard on-screen instructions. TIP: To change the default printer use Windows Printer Setup procedures.
