The generated files will be placed into a subfolder of you main installation folder named ...\HTML

The automatic format generated will be based upon  an alphabetic list of your products sorted in 21 files named

PRODx. HTM

where by x we mean the letters of the alphabet (i.e. below see all products under letter M... PRODM.HTM)

The left column will hold the reference number and a hyperlink to more details of that specific product.

Product name (in English and the secondary language of your choice)

Product picture (requires upload of the product picture in a subfolder named ..\PICTxxx  where xxx is the point of sales code.)

Customization of the specific format is available if the generated format doesn't fit your needs.

The other option available is to generate TOP TEN products based on sales. Customization of the selection process is available.

This option could be used in conjunction with any web server software or dynamically hosted.

SOURCING

One other powerful feature used in conjunction with the TASK name is web page for Sourcing of products.

The option will generate a web page with all the products currently under sourcing in your database. (i.e. if a request has been received from a client and a task has been opened if the word "SOURCING" is added to the beginning of the task name it will be automatically selected)

Format for this web page will be of a table with the reference number and the task name in the first column and the product name in the second column. This format will allow multiple sourcing under the same task assigned to a generic product.

TIP: If you don't want to generate to many records in your product database, but requirements for sourcing are high, create a generic product (i.e. SOURCING) and use the task name to specify the product
