| The point of sale can be used to symbolize
various shipping points in your company. Point of sales settings are to be
entered in the primary stage of setup B.I.S. an can be used in conjunction with
the accounting split of your company.
For example one point of sales in Calgary/Alberta/Canada and another one in Hong Kong/PRC. B.I.S. will allow for unlimited point of sales and produce reports per each of them or on an aggregate basis.
Specific financial and location information has to be entered for each point of sales as per above. B.I.S. will allow centralized management via a WAN or if the technical means do not allow a direct connection, the Generate/Upload buttons could be used in order to keep the data synchronized between various point of sales. The data will hosted on a subfolder of your installation named based on the point of sales code. The upload process will delete all existing information for the selected point of sales and replace it with the information you provide. Exercise caution before using these functions especially on a multi-user environment.
