Each user is assigned a user ID and a secure password that based on the user security level will allow rights to just what is relevant to perform the users duties.

The Login window will allow the user to select the specific point of sales in use. System administrators have security rights that override point of sales restrictions. (e.g. manager sales can request reports for all point of sales)

Password rules are implemented at system level...

• expiration after a certain number of days
• expiration after a certain number of successful logins
• account is locked after a number of unsuccessful logins
• password can not contain certain restricted characters 
• password minimum and maximum length
• password alpha and numeric composition
