| This feature allows system administrators to
pre-fill certain fields of the database with designed values and by that
protecting the database contents.
Fully
customizable fields/values allows customization of records so if a certain
field is always the same it will be completed and offered to the user for
editing.
Using this features in conjunction with the minimum
required fields doesn't
allow incomplete documents to be processed and saved.
Form name is hard coded based on all forms
available for B.I.S. core in a specific installation. Connected the required
field name can be picked up from a drop-down box and it is specific for each
form. Each field name has a field type attached for help when entering the
actual value.
