Main repository of client information. Client code is unique per each point of sales and handled by B.I.S. 

If the same client is entered for various point of sales same client code can be used or not.

If the client email is entered it will automatically default whenever emails will be sent to that client. (i.e. Quotations)

TIP: To add a client from a country not entered yet, go to Country/Currency and add the country and the currency first.

Various client can be associated within B.I.S. by using the association code. This feature could be used if sales are going to a group of companies that are to be handled separate but reported together.

Association codes have to be entered in a numeric format and are limited to 9999 associations.

Together with tracking features a certain GL account can be entered and preferred AIR/SEA shipping routes for those clients can be entered and will be used as defaults for quotation prices.
